For product returns, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.Digital, perishable or personalized items may not be eligible for return.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.We will notify you of the approval or rejection of the return.

  1. Refunds:

If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

For crowdfunding contributions, refunds will be processed according to our Crowdfunding Policy.

Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
